Check In Process: Please check-in at the Bag Drop off area beside the driving range to confirm your group.
Food and Beverage: Outside food and beverage is not permitted on property. Dining options are available at The Creag restaurant and at the Turn Grill. Personal coolers are also not permitted on the course.
Code of Conduct:
• Pace of Play: McLemore is pace-rated for a 4 ½ hour pace of play. Groups behind the pace of play will first be notified via the cart GPS system. If play is not resumed at a proper pace, a representative from the golf shop will come out to assist with improving pace.
• Speakers: Personal speakers are permissible in carts during play if music played at a level that does not disturb surrounding groups.
Group Size:
• Groups that consist of less than four (4) golfers may be paired with other golfers on the tee sheet.
• A two-some or single will be paired with other players by the professional staff to manage pace of play for all.
Dress Code:
• Gentlemen must wear shirts with collars and sleeves and tucked in at all times. Slacks or shorts of mid-thigh length are considered suitable (denim, cut off shorts, gym shorts, warm up pants, cargo shorts or slacks-with pockets on outside of pant leg-are not suitable). Hats must be worn with bills facing forward (hats must be removed in any indoor dining facility).
• Ladies must wear collared shirts and both sleeve and sleeveless styles are acceptable. Tee shirts, tank tops, halter tops and tight fitting athletic shirts are not permitted. Slacks, shorts, skirts, or skorts are considered suitable as long as they fall below fingertips when standing (denim, dresses, athletic pants- i.e. exercise/yoga/warm up pants- are not suitable).
Cancellation Policy: The McLemore Club cancellation policy applies to all golfers. If you need to change or cancel your scheduled tee time, or adjust your group size, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled round to have the full value of the round credited to a future tee time. No-shows will not receive a credit or refund. Full refunds will only be granted in the case of inclement weather making the course unplayable or unforeseen circumstances forcing the club to close for outside play. Please note, a separate cancellation policy applies for home rentals in the Stay & Play packages.
In the event of inclement weather that makes the course unplayable or unforeseen club closures, players will receive a credit to reschedule the tee time for a later date.

Stay & Play Packages: McLemore offers on-site accommodations bundled with golf rounds for out of town guests. Morning tee times are available to Stay & Play guests that are not show in the online booking system.
